“Helping People Find Their Superpower”: Juliet Middleton

15 November 2023

Disability support provider Live Big CEO Juliet Middleton says she sees her role as helping people figure out what their potential is and how they can achieve it.

“The people we care for are just as capable as anyone else, it’s just about being able to do different things to different abilities,” Juliet told Koori Radio’s Lola Forester.

It’s been ten years since the introduction of the NDIS and Juliet says a key benefit of the scheme is that it’s increased our knowledge and awareness of how important it is to provide for people with a disability.

Live Big provides specialist support including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology to people with an NDIS plan, and supports people with complex disabilities who might not have a support plan.

“All our supports are provided in people’s homes and settings of their choice. Our whole philosophy and why we come to work each day is to empower those people to live their best lives.”

You can find out more about what Live Big offers over on their website.
